REMEMBERED ANGELS
We know that when our pups cross the Rainbow Bridge, we were able to bring happiness to their lives. Once over the Bridge, they’ll be youthful and healthy once again.
Speedy
Speedy was with us for a very short time but the time here was full of love, a warm place to sleep, laps and snacks. We were able to make his final days good days, and that is our mission.
Cotton
Cotton was a sweet boy who was only with us a short time but took our hearts. He suffered from Cushings disease. He was bathed, and warm, and loved and attended too. He ate chicken and scrambled eggs and fish every day.
Jack
Jack came to GFA this past July, at 17 years old. We all loved you and tried to give you the best of the rest of your life with us. He will be missed.
Bandit
Bandit came to GFA after his owner could not care for him. He wasn't at GFA for very long but he was warm and well cared for until the end.
Nacho
Nacho was with us for a short time and then he was fostered by Holly's family. He passed unexpectedly. He is missed by all and especially by Holly and her family. Holly and family Thank You for fostering him.
Sir
Sir had been with us almost 5 years. When I met him, I was a volunteer for Middleburg Humane, and sir had come in when his owners passed away. He sat quaking and eyes bugged out in a stainless steel cage, and I said “I’ll take him home, just to foster”. He was 10 years old and we went to so many adoption events, but everyone lost interest when they heard his age. Only 10?? He had 5 more wonderful years and I’m so glad they were with us because we loved every minute of this unique little dog.
Sheba
Bubba
Rest In Peace sweet Bubba. You came to us last October, at 18 years old! We were honored to give you the best rest of your life here with us. We will all miss you
